TRI STATE OR PANHANDLE SUGAR ART GUILD (CAKE CLUB)

We are trying to start a cake club in the Tri-State (or four state) area to benefit all those who enjoy decorating cakes. We would get together once a month and discuss cakes that we have made, as well as learn new techniques for decorating and have fun! If you aren interested, or know of a good meeting place, please email me. I would like to start having monthly meetins by September 2006, most likely in Hagerstown as a central location.
